This course is Civil Engineering Construction (CEC 202) which is study by engineering student, mainly the Civil Engineering student around the world.

+ Pump :- They are device used to convert electrical and mechanical to hydrolic.

>> Types of Pump
1. Rotodynamic Pump.
2. Displacement Pump.
And it definition of Rotodynamic and Displacement was defined.

Rotodynamic:-
A rotodynamic pump is a kinetic machine in which energy is continuously imparted to the pumped fluid by means of a rotating impeller, propeller, or rotor, in contrast to a positive displacement pump in which a fluid is moved by trapping a fixed amount of fluid and forcing the trapped volume into the pump's discharge.

>> Displacement pump:- Displacement a pump (as an air lift or pulsometer that raises or transfers a fluid by direct displacement with no transformation of the kinetic energy due to the fluid's motion into potential energy due to pressure.
Where HF is headless due to friction,
F= friction cofficient.
V= velocity of flow.
g= acceleration due to gravity.
d= diameter.

Yw = Unit weight of H2O.
Q= discharge.
n= total h.
